So do you think we will get to fight Bahamut in 5.0?
Also between Bahamut and the eldest primal who is stronger?

The real Bahamut is dead and the Primal is also gone if you've completed the Binding Coil story.
Why would we? Bahamut is dead, his primal variant is dead, his summoners are all dead except for Tiamat(who's atoning by staying in chains until she dies or the world ends), and Midgardsormr arrived with his brood after the Sundering.
Sorry I am too noob to enter ucob. But I kinda feel he will somehow come back in Shadowbringers. He is like the franchise main boss you know.
Poor bahamut tho
I think he needs to take a break from getting killed.

As far as I know it was never the main boss in the franchise. Usually you fight Bahamut along the way to the main boss and then you get to summon it. Well, in FF14 both parts are already accomplished so I think we're done with it.

Doubtful. Midgardsormr arrived to the Source after the split, so there can't be any alternate doubles and such. No Midgardsormr on First = no dragons... unless one of his children found their way there.
You can fight him in The Binding Coil of Bahamut, the very first raid in A Realm Reborn (Level 50 raid). You just need to beat T5 (Twintania) and T9 (Nael Deus Darnus) to be able to fight him (T13), as well as Phoenix (T12).
His story is over and done with.
