I don't know if my game fully downloaded, I left it doing its thing and came back to a greyed out "Play" button that says "Game is unavailable during maintenance" I closed, opened again and nothing downloaded, just don't wanna find out I gotta redownload something later down the road.

That's how it behaves after you have it all downloaded, but the servers are still down - in other words, you're golden!

It’s strange to me for such a huge expansion that it was only an 8.2GB download.
