Alt's failed attempt to login..Need help.

If it's only happening on those two characters, you may want to try removing the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). If there is a corrupt file associated with those characters, it may be causing the crash.

I did delete those character files and it worked. Thanks for all your help
