Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

When did this start happening? When you entered this area of the game, did the game crash, or did you log out and it crashes on login?

Do you experience any other crashes in other areas of the game?

Can you provide the full error message you are seeing? Also, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!

When i enter the house/room with the quest npc in it the game crash and couldnt log in on that charac for 5days. And the tech support that email me about reset dns and crap. I was wondering why he thought my problem was internet related. I told him I crash when i try enter the area and after that i coulnt log in to that charac. Aslong i didnt do the mainquest, the game work perfectly fine. Cause i Have been on my other charac and played. But i gone try reinstall the game and hopfully it work.

Thank you for the update Blazimn.

Reinstalling the game was my next suggestion. It may be that you part of your install associated with that area is corrupted. When you do, make sure to remove the locally-saved data folder (located My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Be sure to make a backup of this just in case it doesn't resolve the issue.

We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
