    I just ended up recreating my character on a Standard world, so that I can transfer to my friends's server as soon as I can. Won't be today, might not be for a while but it shouldn't take more than 3 months (which is the insane amount of time you are locked in after creating a character in a Preferred world).

    Sure. Increased from the lowered cap they previously put in place.
