How do you handle raid wipes?

I am usually fine with a few wipes, but when there's a lot of wipes (like a stupid amount), I shout profanities at my computer screen, swearing at the characters on the screen when I see them mess up, but type in chat "We can do this guys, we almost have it "

Maybe it's a bit two-faced, but I need to vent and typing my frustrations in the chat would only make it worse, not better.
I don't quit the parties, maybe I should, but I kinda like hard-earned clears.

This. If people can't handle trial and error, then XIV really isn't the game for them. I can't wait to wipe like 5 times to Titania because everyone is re-learning their hotbars.

It happens, I am pretty observant and notice who is messing up what mechanics, we review the last pull someone recorded address the problem, do a dry run, move markers and continue on. If I mess up, I accept it ,and dont do that silent "I hope no one noticed it was me" thing people do.

it depends on how the wipe is handled by others for me if someone is fuming and screaming at people I nope out the reason for this is twofold if i'm around it too much I start to devlop a negative view myself and I mess up everything.

after that i just stay silent and look the situation, if many people are quitting, i probably follow

If there's a lala in the party, I usually sacrifice it for good luck.

Depends on the content, if it's not Savages or Ultimates, I usually just stay quiet unless someone else speaks up and then I'll try and explain what went wrong and how to fix.

But for Savages and Ultimates, I won't hesitate to tell or ask what happened and why it happened. Because trying to resolve wipe issues as soon as possible is extremely important in order for the team to make progress especially how much there are to learn in these fights, though i guess this is true for any content.

But in any content, I usually try to lighten the mood by /cheerjumping or laughing it off. It's ok, we all make mistakes lol

I am fine with raid wipes unless the mistakes that caused the wipes keep happening coz nobody is listening.

Usually like this, tend to explain the mechanics again and try to morale up with a joke or something to keep the focus on.
After 3-4 wipes on the same mechanic, then is no use .

I don't mind as long as it is not because of some untimely rush-pulling as we can see in CT1, for example.

I really can't stand to lose time just because someone want that bad to rush over things he makes a whole party wipe.
