Guy butt is best butt <3
I am fine with raid wipes unless the mistakes that caused the wipes keep happening coz nobody is listening.
I would wipe the raid just to hear that song again.![]()
It depends on the group honestly. If the group is abit more lax and everyone is on the up and up I'm just there and waiting to try again. Nothing for a playfully troll like me to do. If it gets abit heated I try to lighten the mood and get some laughs in there. Cause we're all people and I know we all hate dying but it happens you know? If I can get some people to smile and relax and try again so we can save the world... then I know I done my job. Cause seeingis way more fun then seeing " You stinking noob learn to play etc etc etc "
So lets do moreand save the planet
. It's on YOU to save the day.
In all seriousness, what really grinds my gears is when multiple people obviously didnt understand mechanics, and instead of stopping to go over what went wrong, the group just keeps pulling and the same mistakes keep happening over and over. That's when I just open the duty finder and click that 'leave' button, "nope I'm out".
In a static situation, sometimes you just have to be that guy, and speak up when people obviously aren't getting it. People can tell when someone in the group keeps making the same mistakes, and a lot of times no one wants to correct them and you get that awkward silent frustration. So you just have to be able to tell that person as nicely as possible what they are doing wrong and hopefully they dont get hostile towards you. If they are the type of person who doesn't take criticism well, then honestly they probably shouldn't be raiding.
A big problem I see in groups too is that some people really just have crappy internet connections and cant react properly to mechanics. That is tough situation because it really isn't their fault, but they are dragging everyone else down with them, so you kind of have to let the person know it's a problem and hopefully they are cool and just accept that they cant raid.

Click the rez button and try again
If people are actually trying to improve? Get up and keep going.
If people are screwing around and getting killed on purpose? Leave.
explain mechanics and encourage people that we got this
1. take a deep breath
2. use observation and reflection
3. trial and error
4. totes profit or study the encounter again and go back to step one
