Normally..Yes. Yes it IS. Are you feeling ok? Oh I see. Its on sale and your trying to be smart. 17.50. Who cares? You need help if you pay anything close to that for in game currency. And admitting to selling like 22 houses on the official forums is basically daring the GMs NOT to ban you.

Also OP naming and shaming is against the ToS. Im not sure if what you posted qualifies but be wary.
