Final Fantasy an Unexpected error

So my friend keeps trying to play this game. Got a new computer and played for about two weeks, absolutely no issues. A couple days ago she ended up getting a direct x error and closed out her game. It kept happening again and again, she updated drivers, ran in borderless windows, ran on direct x9 and nothing seemed to work, started happening every time she teleported or did instances. After reinstalling the game it managed to work for a bit. Ran through a trial, no issues, got to "The Burn" instance, and gave her a different error. She uninstalled and made sure to wipe all files and reinstalled. Doesn't affect her teleporting anymore, just every time we try and run "The Burn".
Anways here is the error code. The strange thing is, the date and time stated is completely wrong, May 9, 2010 at 2:32am. So I don't know what the deal is... If this doesn't get fixed, we are done with this game and not coming back. So please help

Would there be any for her to post in the forums and respond to this thread? Some of the trouble shooting and questions we would ask would be in relation to the configuration on her PC.
