Actually people who do own multiple house are more active with said houses than your average player. Because generally housing is their end game. Its not greed, or abuse. They earned them the same way everyone else could before the rules changed. And giving up 20 houses (that's not the average that's an extreme case)? That's a drop in the bucket compared to the need that's out there and wouldn't solve *anything*. Those houses would be gone with in a day and we'd be back to square one. Adding more wards (like they've done since the grandfathering came into effect) has done more to help relieve the housing pressure than making someone give up the 2-3 "extra" houses they might have. It still wont really do anything to help someone get their dream plot. Honestly I'd like to see them introduce a dynamic ward system, where when a ward fills, it opens another. Remove the timer, and remove the restriction on alts purchasing houses on a server. Not robbing people who have put the time in effort to buy more than one house.
