Housing relocation needs a timer

This would do...absolutely nothing. I think you over estimate how much of an issue is. The majority of housing on most servers is single account owned. The houses people only log on once a month to keep and never do anything with them is an even bigger issue. I don't advocate taking things from people who earned them fairly under the old rules. And I don't even advocate for taking the houses from the people who do the bare minimum to keep them. Taking things from other people is not the way to fix this.

I wouldn't advocate obvious abuse and greed either. The real question is, how many of those characters who own houses are actually active? I'm busy enough with one character... 10 or more? You'd have a full day just checking retainers and doing a single leveling roulette per character. Now, housing might be their only fascination in this game (doubtful, it's a big game), but there lies the greed when these multi-house-owners KNOW there is a demand.
