Avalanche (AVLCH) on Zalera is a very friendly and active Free Company with large housing in Shirogane. We’ve been active for 6 years, and are Rank 8, with almost always two actions up at all times that vary by event or day. Heat of Battle II, Helping Hand II, Earth and Water II, and Jackpot II, are common ones we use. Our policy is to maintain a low public drama and comfortable FC, that avoids hot button topics in public eye such as politics, and general negative vibes. We're always willing to help each other out and host special events regularly to promote fun and enthusiasm. We are very diverse in type of person and playstyle, and promote a family oriented atmosphere.

Other perks include:

• Free chocobo coloring fruit and leveling!
• Free FC mansion room on full membership!
• FC discount on items purchased from FC chest!
• Discord server with optional voice chat!
• Free gardening outside mansion (by request)!
• 4 airships and submarines to get us loot (by request)!

How are we different than other FCs? We emphasize community, and we prioritize people over loot – you’ll never be a number with us, we seek to involve and love others, all while giving personal space. Our leaders put member respect and kindness first, and aim to know every member by name and personality type.

FCs are kind of like Guilds, where you get to play with them, as well as having perks (Such as a room in the FC house, running events with them, stat perks like Heat of battle which raises EXP bonuses and such).

if you would like to submit an application; either message Jadmus Beldacard or Kael Rogue, or as well as find AVLCH in the free company slot and submit a request If I can find you in game as well, that helps!

Main question(s) we ask every new member just so they know some of the rules we have for the Discord and the in game is avoiding hot button topics so people are comfortable with playing a game together with all of their friends :3 the other one; you already answered since you mentioned never being in an FC before

Long time wow player just coming back to FF14 answers to the questions is, I was only ever in one FC before I left and it was not very active, I wholeheartedly agree with low drama, I play games to escape the chaos out in the real world lol. I would love to become part of an active FC if you are still recuirting!
