Thread: GMT+8 MNK/DNC DPS LF MC-HC static for 5.0

GMT+8 MNK/DNC LF MC-HC static.

Ideal jobs : MNK/DNC/NIN
Others : Fine with DRG/SAM/PLD but played those before so rather switch.

Goal : Maximum 1 month clear. My personal goals is to also eventually clear ucob, uwu and the new ultimate. (slow and steady is fine)
Ideal : Group that can clear content with minimal raiding time. Everyone has stuff to do so ideally we'd clear content fast each week so we can move on to other things.

Schedule : Weekday nights free, 8pm onwards. Weekends mostly free except 8-10pm. GMT+8.

Ping : Stable 90-100ms.

About : Started ffxiv in SB. Currently an animation student. Cleared o1s-o12s (pre echo). Ucob prog till roughly middle of Nael. Did that long ago in 5.1, took a long break till 5.4. Uwu prog till Titan, couldn't clear in time for ShB.

Why me :
1) Full commitment to optimising and pushing myself to do better. Won't be late without a proper reason.
2) Willing to improve. Watching vids, practicing on the side are all a given. I hate being the one that hinders the group, normally I beat myself up about it alot if that happens.
3) Personality. I don't really talk much, but tend to be a chill person in general. Won't really comment on others too much unless you ask for it.

What i want from you :
1) A good leader. If someone needs pushing, or is hindering everyone else, the leader needs to be good enough to confront them. I don't like dealing with that kind of thing.
2) Good ping/stable connection. I hate it when people are dying all over because of lag. I don’t blame you for the lag, but you are hindering everyone else nonetheless. It gets annoying when its too frequent.
3) Willing to improve. When i say this I don’t mean improving during raid, I mean improving yourselves outside of raid esp if you think its a problem. There is never an ending point, even 90+ people want to improve, thats why they are 90+.

After clear I'm happy to join optimization/padding/speed runs or trying out other jobs and am looking forward to meeting people, and having fun. I like doing all content in this game other than raiding, BA, Eureka, Levelling everything, BLU, Story etc, so I don't view the game as just being good for raids.
