I wouldnt say its discriminatory as its the wrong usage of the word Exclusionary is the word you're looking for in this matter. as to the rest.... I would wait for an email that has your comfirmation number for sure use that they are bad about sending emails right away it would seem.I do know that if you need a refund or the like they can do it that wayI would also put something for sure in the tech support forums and see if it can be handled there.
