I went to check the site, the US version at any rate, and it was showing it as available. Have you tried a different browser or device? If nothing else clearing the cache of your current browser? I know there have been a couple of times I went to buy something and because I went to the page before it was available it wouldn't update to show it available when it was. Otherwise I can only suggest contacting Amazon support and seeing if they can't help you pre-order it.
