Names Of Mounts

It would be helpful if we could see the names of the mounts other people are on as sometimes they are afk and we can't ask what mount that is, you know so the new people could see what that beautiful mount is and we could dream of one day owning or not.
I know some mounts are on youtube, but............

Nifty, but it will be another thing that 99% of the community will just turn off.

I'd say it's easier to just shout "hey, does anyone know what mount this is at <pos>?"

Why turn off? It's just a buff, you don't hover over it anyway. In WoW each mount has their own icon even.
Btw auto translator has the complete list of all mounts, if it helps. Or check apkallufalls

A "Check mount" or "Check minion" option via right-click could indeed be nice Quality of Life improvement.

Where are you getting buffs from?

I'm treating it in the same logic as minion names, titles, character names, npc names, monster names etc
Most people turn 1 or more of these off.

A "Check mount" or "Check minion" option via right-click could indeed be nice Quality of Life improvement.

I think what they mean is the buff that states you are "Mounted", have this also say the name of the mount you are on so players could cursor over it and find out what the target player is using. For controller users it's a little more difficult, so a "Check Mount" option from right-click/pressing Square would also help too.
