Hello. This is the first forum post I've done, so apologies if I do something wrong.

So, I'm not sure if this has been asked before but I was wondering what kind of dancing the Dancer job does.
I'm really curious but don't know how to find out, so I figured I'd ask on here and see if anyone knows.

dancers dont, but im pretty sure monks have some moves thats looks like capoeira. especially that he spin in the ground moving his legs in the air.

Capoiera its a "dance" today, but in 1500 it was a martial arts from African slaves in Brazil, that was used to fight and rebel for freedom againts Portugal.

It looks more like bending from avatar than exotic/belly dancing, but without the actual element bending

Bending is just martial arts. I have studied Tai Chi which is what Water bending is based off of and your energy is affected by it (if you do it right). Some truth to the fiction.

To this end, their dancing is likely a martial art with flourishing movements, like the more dance fighting aspects of capoeira. Also thank you Fell for explaining the history. For DNC sake, instead of a pure martial art, it got fantasied up for the sake of FF.

In another game, Code Vein, one of the boss enemies was modeled after the art of pole dancing. Which in itself is graceful and unique. However, she's incorporating those movements to try and kill you.
