When a player is blacklisted, there are a number of things they can do to continue their harassment, including standing on top of a player, emoting on or at them, trading them, and other disruptive behaviors without needing to type.

My suggestion is to make it so that if you blacklist a player, they become invisible client-side so that only you cannot see them. Make it so the offending player is effectively de-rendered. This alone would halt many of their attempts of harassment after they are blacklisted. Make it so they are only visible during duties where you need to work together.

My second suggestion is simple, if a player is reported many times for these types of griefing tactics, they should be punished. It's very clearly targeted harassment at that point and should be treated as such.

My third suggestion is that if a player is blacklisted, you simply cannot see any of their actions or emotes being performed unless you are in a duty. This would further reduce their interaction with you and by extension, reduce the amount of harassment that is able to be done.

Those are all the suggestions I have for now. These suggestions I came up with stem from experiences I have had from in the game and I feel as though any of these suggestions would greatly help reduce harassment. Blacklisting someone so they can't speak to you is not enough. They will find other ways to pester you without needing to talk to you. Something must be done about it.
