Contact support if it's super important. Especially if it requires corporate of all things.
In the forums, no you probably won't get a response. Either in-game or the online Service Centre would be your medium to communicate with SE, the forums can't do much for you here. Plus you've also posted it in General Discussion....
I have no idea what your ticket's about, but you don't just get to tell technical support how they should be handling your request. It's up to them to judge the importance of it, and forward it according to company policies.
