    World Transfer unable to select Excalibur

    Hi,

    I am unable to select Excalibur for World Transfer service. Is this intentional or am I experiencing a bug?

    Excalibur is currently listed as Congested, meaning you can't create new characters on it or transfer to it. They might open it up when Shadowbringers launches, but that's not guaranteed.
