So now my question. What's the best way to level crafting? All together or one at a time?

Depends on how fast you want to go. Powerleveling yourself will cost lots of gil unless you gather your own materials. Even then you'll want everything HQ to make leveling faster.
You'll want to do your leve quests and do all HQ turn ins for double exp, as well as daily turn ins at your GC. The faster you go, the more expensive it can be, but if you have a lot of gil, then it won't matter. You'll run into a wall though once you run out of leves however.
I do have a 70 BTN and a 60 Miner atm. So I dont mone gathering all my own things. Once I get mine to 70 I'll work on the dreaded fishing. (God I hate fishing in games.)Depends on how fast you want to go. Powerleveling yourself will cost lots of gil unless you gather your own materials. After that I'll work towards finishing crafting. I was just hoping to get prepared and looking for tips.
When it comes to levequests, make sure you only do the ones that allow for multiple turn-ins as they're much more efficient then the single turn-in ones.
For gatherers, BTN/MIN are best off farming collectibles whenever the unspoiled nodes are available and FSH should spam multi-turn in leves like the DoH classes.
