    Veteran healers don't care if we need to heal, but right now we don't. We want interesting things to do during the downtime other than a 30s dot and a single filler spell that hasn't changed from lvl 4 to lvl 90.
    Dead DPS do no DPS. Raised DPS do 25/50% lower DPS. Do the mechanics and don't stand in bad stuff.
    Other games expect basic competence, FFXIV is pleasantly surprised by it. Other games have toxic elitism. FFXIV has toxic casualism.[/LIST]

    The Fate log (as well as the dungeon log) don't really help much once you hit 51, there rewards stay static once it hits 50. So not much of a change there.

    1-50 already has had its exp gains in other areas greatly increased from what they were in ARR and thats before accounting for those with the Road to 60 (which will probably soon enough be 70) buff. This change won't affect them much.

    This is actually incorrect.

    The challenge log rewards for FATEs/Dungeons scale up to one level below the previous expansion's level cap. The FATE ones give 15% of a character's level, the dungeon ones give 10%/15%. At lvl 60+, those logs will give 388,800/583,200 exp (since the exp to go from 59 to 60 is 3,888,000)

    The release of 5.0 will likely see them scaling up to lvl 69.
