    Got a email response to a support ticket, not sure where to reply to said ticket.

    I received a email response to a support ticket I sent in through the ff14 support website. The email askes me to respond with some information to the ticket, but I can't find where to even put in my ticket number to respond outside of the email. I have the ticket number and the requested info, but even google doesn't seem to know how or where to see your tickets put in by the support website. Thus I have ended up here.

    If the ticket is asking you to respond outside of it, you may need to contact the SQUARE ENIX Support Center directly.
