Digital Collectors Upgrade

You only get 1 Fantasia, not 1 for "each" character.

Edit: at least thats how i'm reading it in the features list.

The Collectors Edition (not the upgrade but when you buy the game/expansion itself) states that all the in-game items are for each character.
I can't imagine the Fantasia is the odd one out...

EDIT: And when purchasing the upgrade, instead of asking you to select a character, it merely asks you to "confirm this is the service account you intend to purchase for."
Then lists all of your licenses and characters on that account.
