2nd Chest: I'm not sure requirements, we get every time
3rd Chest: Lone Sabotender at the end of the hallway?
4th Chest: <25m
5th Chest: ?

Also from creepin' on Lodestone I don't see you guys with the Ant achievement which is what my LS thinks spawns another chest. From JP sites they say your entire party must always go in the same warp, and no one can get warped back to the start for this achievement to activate (along w/killing the Myrmidon).

I didn't take notice if those JP post said it spawns a chest for that but we were going to try later. It follows in line with Aurum Vale though as we think an extra chest spawns if you never eat a fruit, which is also an achievement.

You don't get an extra chest in Vale for not eating fruit. Our third win last night was without eating any fruits; we got achievement after the battle but actually only had one chest (was a bit surprising, first time we haven't had at least two). Ergo, since you get one chest from just winning the raid, and we only got one chest, the fruit situation is not a chest trigger.
