Click buy a Free-company house but got a private estates

1. Clicked on placard
2. Click on Buy Free company
3. Confirmed by buy house as free company
4. Instead of a free company house and I place the hall onto the land I got a private estate instead.

Hello everyone!, I've been trying to buy a FC estate for a month now and I was finally able to get one but I've seem to have a bit of a bug when I purchased the land. I went up to the estate placard and clicked on buy as a FC estate, once I clicked buy on it and conformed to buy house as a FC estate, the estate land turned into a Private estate when I went to place a estate hall on the land and not a FC one (so I don't have the private room door or the airship door)

I believe that this was false purchase caused by an aspect of the game not working as intended, since I am 100% sure I clicked on the option to buy the estate for a FC.

Is there anyone to fix?

In my experience the FC house is refered to as an estate. I don't know why it's like that, but that's what mine is called too.

Are you talking about the color of the house on your map? If so, you're misunderstanding what these colors mean. Yellow means your estate is locked to guests and only yourself and tenants (personal housing), or FC members with estate access (Free Company Housing) can go inside. FC houses can be locked to non-FC members. Blue means your house is unlocked and anyone can go inside it and look around. The Yellow and Blue house colors on the map do not differentiate between Free Company estates and Personal estates. I believe that Personal estates usually have a little pink icon on the that looks like a lowercase "i" to differentiate "individual" versus "Free Company", but the color is irrelevant between the two.

When you first buy a house, it is usually always locked by default. You typically have to enable guest access after purchase.


That said, your FC profile on the Lodestone does not show it owning a plot. Are you absolutely certain that you selected to purchase a Free Company estate? FC estate should be the first option, if I am remembering the purchase window correctly.

Ah, ok, I misunderstood. Maybe your cursor slipped just before you clicked. I've had problems browsing online where I go to click something in a list and the cursor hangs on what I selected before jumping to another selection due to a delayed movement. Just a thought.
