My hope about SHB - that it will get the story back to the heights of Heavensward

So far the SHB trailers seem to be going in the right direction, plenty of hints and plot twists.
But can it hope to match the HW story, the depth, the losses - or have we got hardened to those by now?

Can the game ever get back to the height of HW, or is that time past purely by players' expectations being too high?

It definitely look like it can get there. The story looks more focused than Stormblood, and more fantastical than a simple rebellion, and if the end of the launch trailer is anything to go by, plenty of twists and revelations.
