You know what happens when I do 8 man or 24 man content through the Duty Finder? I end up being the only healer in the content.

At least as far as 24 man goes. I usually find it's just healers either wasting GCDs with unnecessary heals, or they just aren't doing anything for a healthy chunk of the time. It's not that often that I find a healer out DPSing me in 24 mans whilst not contributing healing.

Consider logging or recording your runs and taking a closer look at what your co healer is doing in hindsight. I think you'll find it's generally not a DPS issue, just a skill and active rate problem.

We dont need an AoE regen/shield right now, so why do you keep using it, and only it?
Way too many healers in the 24 mans just sit around for 30 seconds then toss of a Medica 2 or Succor.

Basically this. If you're obsessing over somebody sitting at 50% HP and the SCH is still spamming Broil it might just be because they know the player isn't in immediate danger and are letting Eos patch them up. Logs will show this for the most part. Alternately, they know you're heal sniping anyway so why waste the Lustrate cast on some overheal when they could just pop Energy Drain for DPS.

If a player has crap CPM they won't magically be better at healing than they are at healing and DPSing, IMO.
