It's very tempting and easy to blame your co-healer, isn't it? After all, you know what you're casting. If you can't keep up, it must be because your co-healer isn't doing anything, right?

In 24-man content in particular, no, you are not solo healing. Your AoE heals do not extend to the other parties. So unless they drop immediately while your party is perfectly healthy, they're doing something. Here's what happens:

- People fail mechanics all the time
- People fail consecutive mechanics all the time
- People overlap mechanics all the time, killing each other
- People are disorganised, half of them standing all the way to Narnia, 15 yalms out of your healing range

The healing in this content is not that intensive. I'd suggest you look at what happens around you, rather than staring at the HP bars. You'll get a better picture and you'll find that not everything is due to lack of healing.

If people are not coming to the hospital, you do not send an ambulance to deliver their daily pill.
