Unable to complete "Where the Heart is" quests on New Worlds

Steps:
1. Accept quest "Where the heart is" for any housing area.
2. Attempt to travel to requested location, but system states the area is unavailable to travel to.
3. Unable to complete the quest.

* As housing districts cannot be visited on the new worlds yet, it is impossible to complete these quests. Granted a player could wait until the housing areas become available but for the time being a perhaps a message could be placed in-game for players picking up these quests so that (if they are completely new to the game) they are aware why the quest cannot be completed at this point in time.

They already covered this when the new worlds opened.

The various residential areas on the new Worlds will be unavailable at launch, in order to provide an opportunity for both existing and new players to purchase housing.
*This restriction will be lifted at a later time, as we monitor the average character level of each World.

Please use the World Visit system to complete the following side quests on another World while the housing area restriction is in place.

I know they did but my suggestion was to add an message in-game so that players are aware of the current restriction, and if necessary provide the Lodestone link for them to follow. New players will not always think to look at the Lodestone before hand, already i saw some ask in the mentor channel why they could not continue the quest so some form of in-game message would go a long way.
