Making a Viera

I'm new, and someone said in my FC that Viera wouldn't be available for lower levels to make because you had to meet the Au Ra when they launched? Does anyone know if this is true? It's my all time fave race and I'd be sad if I had to level to 70 first to make one

You can create Viera or change your existing character with Fantasia as long as you own Shadowbringers expansion on your account. When the patch live, of course.

That doesn't even apply to Au Ra, and would have nothing to do with Viera in any case. You can begin the game with any race supported by the game and by your account (i.e. you need Heavensward registered to create a new Au Ra character or Shadowbringers registered to create a new Viera character.)
