I think they are a great addition, so I typed this up.
I don't study the city maps so I don't know where these places are in the warp menu.
So I figured this would help everyone.

The Pass is either 4,000 GC seals or 400,000gil. Pick your poison.

I'm still working on joining a Grand Company, or I'd see for myself, but can you get other towns warps or just your company?

can get all 3 via the qiqiroon, so 1.2m for all 3 or 800k gill and 4k gc seals.
btw i dont think you need to be in a company to buy from the qiqiroon, not sure though.
