Min IL requirement for duties

As lately it was pointed out, with an "appropriate" gearing you can queue an alliance roulette with assurance of being matched with only the ARR ones because the IL restriction.

Isn't that, if a min IL is introduced to all duties, a new exploit of the system comes out and you can queue a leveling roulette making sure to access only low level/certain ones?

Isn't best we keep things as is, kicking the ridiculously undergeared when party feels enough low is enough, without asking for a system that already have a possible exploit ?

Whats the difference between queueing up directly for a certain low lvl duty, and intentionally lowering down ilvl in order to find one of them in roulette?
A big fus out of nothing.
I am far better with system restricting entrance to the duty through roulette by ilvl requirements than trying to play with kicking system guessing who is who and struggle to finish the duty because there would be a bunch of low ilvls who cant perform. How would you tell in 24 man duty who is underperforming without offical parse? You are not allowed to brag about it in game, its restricted to personal usage.

Theoretically possible, sure, but... would people seriously want to limit themselves to like... Sastasha (15) through Brayflox (32)? Yuck.

I couldnt care less for someone getting 50 tomes once a day. I like how it is now, not spending entire millenium trying to finish the encounter because half of party would be filled with 150 ilvl newbies.

Not same thing. That thread proposing a "solution" to the undergear, my thread questioning in the first place if the issue really have to be addressed.

I don't think it needs to be addressed personally but I'm not sure i understand the difference between your thread and the other in that they are basically about the same thing (ilv and registering for duties) from what i can see. If that is expanded to leveling roulette and other duties it's basically the same and I will add that those savy enough to adjust their gear prior to queuing will most likely load their full gear upon spawning into the duty. I do believe that is even possible prior to a duty pop once queued.
