Scholar - Emergency Tactics + Deployment Tactics

Just posting the exact description here of both skills.

Emergency Tactics : Transforms the next Galvanize status into HP recovery equaling the amount of damage reduction intended for the barrier.

Deployment Tactics: Extends Eye for an Eye and Galvanize effects cast by you to party members nearby the target.


Deployment Tactics basically "spreads" the Galvanize of your target around them.

According to their description we should be able to do the following:

Steps:
1. Use Adloquium to target A
2. Use Emergency Tactics
3. Use Deployment Tactics
4. The Galvanize effect that was spread to all targets around A should become HP Recovery

I am not aware if this is a bug or not but it is extremely weird that we cannot combo scholar's skills between them...
I am a new player and i am not sure if this has been brought up before, my apologies if it has.

This isn't a bug so much as the tooltip is slightly unclear. ET transforms the next Galvanize status you create on a target into HP recovery equivalent to the damage reduction of the barrier; spreading/extending effects like Eye/Galvanize does not count as creating a new status, much as spreading Bio/Miasma DoTs via Bane does not "create" new versions of the DoTs, it just copies them onto nearby enemies (unless you proc the 15% chance that it resets their timers).

Essentially you need a status buff active on the target in order to spread it and Emergency Tactics removes that option on your next Galvanize inflicting action.

That's why i mentioned that order.
We have the active Galvanize from Aldo , we use ET to turn our next Galv into HP Regen and use Deployment Tactics to spread that Galv to the players around. Theoretically it shouldn't spread Galv but HP Regen.
It's just weird that these two skills dont synergize with each other.
