That particular location has a multitude of quests and gathering, I found it by just playing, not by searching for it.

I use ReShade's Anti Aliasing.

Can't imagine playing FF-XIV with the muted standard colors.

Reshade is great, it's similar to when they make console ports of a game from the previous console onto the new one, they fix all the bad AA, bring out the colors by implementing many of the shaders reshade uses.
