While on the subject of things that look bad: I don't know if it's still there, but a while back I found a part of the cliff in Coerthas Western that had no collision detection; you could walk right through it and be "inside" the cliff. It was somewhere along the lower southwest area not super far from Falcon's Nest.

I actually found that years ago and reported that glitch to the development team. They still have not fixed that area yet? WOW.
