Going to the same route as WoW. The game is TOO easy

Man I remember the first week when I had the displeasure of spending 20-25minutes on a single pull of Mr. Mathy and over 100 revives total due to half the alliance getting wiped out every spin/divebomb set. I was practically begging for him to do an enrage at some point, that pull was the epitome of anti-fun.

Yeah, peoples sucks and its no even that hard, thats why asking for even more merciless fight in "casual friendly content" won't go anywhere, its already "hard" for too many people.

The game is fine by me, not too unforgiving and not too easy when it count. But I'm here for the story and its universe, I couldn't care less about the challenge.

He obviously didnt played this game long enough to know how it is in end game, he probably came here from WoW thinking he will be given everything on silver platter. He does not know what he is looking for, thinks wow classic will give him answers to the questions he asks, but he couldnt be more wrong than that.

TLDR: The challenge is gone and with it the community.

FFXIV community were always friendly casuals, this game never been better than now, there are much more people playing it than ever. Sorry but reality does not translate into your narrative at all.

Look every single person wants MMos to have dark souls level of difficulty in every mode. The dungeons arent supposed to be challenging thats why there is a roulette.

Also Mythic+ is WoW is hard to do. You gotta get chest for your weekly cap, but because of the gatekeeping you can't. Like no one ever wants more challenging content they always wanna gate keep
