    I'd also like to comment that GM Verethentus was very polite and courteous to me upon reaching out after a ticket was made. They were very prompt and to the point. I only wish they were able to answer a few more questions I had, but I understand how busy they can be. Thank you!

    Just had an interaction with GM Verethentus after I submitted a ticket! They were very polite and professional, asked if I had any more questions before he left. Was a pleasure speaking with them! 10/10
