    Unclaimed and Lost Grand Company Seals

    I crashed after completing a Grand Company Guildleve, but before clicking on the node that pops up.

    When I log back in and touch the Halatali Node, it give me the gil that was unclaimed, but no seals!

    Has anyone else run into this? Is Square-Enix aware of this?

    I'm annoyed, especially since getting seals is so monotonous right now.

    Thank you very much for posting your concerns about not getting the seals after disconnecting before you could select the Node for your Guildleve. And it seems this would be best served as a potential bug report so we will go ahead and move this thread over there for you. And in order to best assist you with this issue we will be needing some additional information. While some of this information may seem irrelevant, it is best to have as much information as possible in these cases. Once this is filled out we will submit this for review for you.

    Wow, I am used to my threads not being responded to, so after a while I stopped monitoring this thread. I will reply with the information to the best of my ability.

    ISP: Verizon
    Type of Internet Connection: FiOS
    Internet Connection Speed: According to www.speedtest.net PING is 45ms, 31 Mbps Download, 15 Mbps Upload
    Date & Time: 2-12-2012 ( I beleive I made the most shortly after the incident)
    Frequency: Just the once. It is a really small window of time to crash, but really obnoxious when it does.
    Character Name: Claus Bell
    Race: Hyur Highlander
    World: Besaid
    Class/Skill Rank: I don't remember
    Area and Coordinates: Halatali, just southeast of the node I think.
    Party or Solo: Solo
    NPC Name: n/a
    Monster Name: don't remember
    In-Game Time: don't remember
    Steps:
    1. Completed Grand Company Leve for the Immortal Flames
    2. Crash after completing the leve (when the node appears) but before actually touching the node.

    I am guessing you could force a crash by closing out of the game incorrectly.
