[dev1060] "The Chorus of Cataclysm" bug

Hopefully a moderator will see this and be able to help me. I have completed the "The Chorus of Cataclysm" battle against the elementals many times now and every time I encounter the same issue. When the last elemental falls I get a pop-up message saying ["The Chorus of Cataclysm" objectives complete!"] as well as in my chat log. However, when the battle ends I am removed from the instance without being shown any cutscene and my journal is not updated. The ! quest symbol is still on the tree and I can re-enter the battle. I have always done this battle as a White Mage and have tried it on two different PCs.

This is frustrating since it is not an easy endeavour to form a party for this over and over.

I managed to complete this quest by being the one to initiate the battle. I know it is supposed to complete the quest for everyone who participated however.
