    Grrrrrr, customer support is killing me!

    Over an hour waiting on phone for what? Only to be disconnected for waiting on phone forever! All I am wanting is to change my date of birth so I can reset my password. Grrrrrr, the frustration level is over 9,000.

For assistance with any account changes, you will need to contact the North American Support Center. To assist with contacting them, we have gone ahead and opened a support ticket for you.
