Perhaps i was overly sarcastic and i apologize for that... but in this particular case, specifically for 60-61, the other roulettes (alliance, leveling, normal raid) could getdancer to 61. though the queues will still probably bite you.

another interesting avenue are the HW and SB hunt marks. they only take a few minutes per mark and theyre like 1 or 2% scaling exp per bill. you have both ananta and kojin beast tribe dailies with scaling exp at 60. between those during queues on dancer, you'll likely hit 61 within an hour or 2. again, gunbreaker has dungeon spam. 60 is awkward but we ran gubal on SB launch to avoid palace. if youre that sick of HoH. and again, theyre a tank, so if they are your first job of choice, you also have roulettes like DNC
