It only happens when in the game though. If it was a power problem, I would expect to see that through various systems and applications. All the things you have plugged in are pulling more power than the USB can provide. You need a "wall wort" power supply to plug into your USB hub to give it more power. Standard 1.0 USB only provides 0.5 Amps. Mouse 0.1 A + Keyboard 0.1 A + xbox controller 0.4 A .... you just exceeded what the USB can provide.
I had four USB devices plugged in my PC and it wouldn't boot. I could plug them in after boot when power requirements were less and it would all work. Sounds like you are in a similar situation. Extra power for the USB fixed it.

When you fire up the game your graphics card draws more power when it start doing the graphics and sound.
I chased random shutdowns for weeks and had two root causes.
* One was too many USB items on the same plug (wouldn't boot with them all plugged in - fixed with wall wort)
* Charging my phone. When the phone switched to full current draw (fast charge) it would make the system reboot but only when FFXIV was on. Phone now on its' own wall wort.
Does this happen with the benchmark program or only the live game?
The only other thing I see is "NVIDIA GeForce Overlay". You could try turning that off.
Good afternoon and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.
I apologize for the delay in our response. Are you still experiencing this issue?
When exactly did this first start happening? Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this? Does removing the USB hub entirely change the issue?
Just in case, you may want to try a clean boot. Simply open the task manager and select the 'Start up' tab. Disable everything here and restart the PC. This will make sure that no background processes are interfering with the game.
We hope we can be of assistance in helping you enjoy the exciting world of Final Fantasy XIV!
