maybe some of your controller interfere with the client.
plug everthing off your computer except mouse and keyboard.

I tried that, and it worked properly.
Then I started plugging various combinations of devices and it seems to be related to the USB receiver for my headset and/or my USB hub.
I plugged in the controller 3rd and it worked. As soon as I plugged the receiver, the controller stopped working. Do a HUB share addresses with other USB ports?
