An unexpected error has occurred(17) - still unresolved

I was originally planning to just add onto my original post but it seems it got closed so I'm making a new one since my issue is still occurring.

I have tried every suggested thing posted in that thread, after completely deleting Nvidia GeForce Exp, I had the crash happen again. I tried compatibility mode for Windows 7 which caused a great deal of lag (could be coincidence) but ended up erroring once more. I tried logging in on a separate system and could log in fine but back on my own PC I have been unable to log in whatsoever for the past hour. No overlays are enabled, firewall has FFXIV on all exceptions, running as administrator, Direct X 11 support (I have tried the other with no luck).

The error seemed to stop happening when walking around and only happened upon loading. Canceling mid teleport could cause the error also. I'm honestly at my wits end here especially considering the expansion is only two weeks away. I have tried reinstalling the game several times. No issues with other games on the same HDD.

What program dependencies does FFXIV have? I know Direct X but could there be another program/file I am missing that may have something to do with this? A google search yielded only System Requirements (which I meet with no issues).

The issue occurred shortly after I reset my whole pc. I installed FFXIV onto the Hard Drive instead of the SSD. Since the issue has been happening I have made sure that all drivers are up to date (including the graphics card). Apart from that the only changes are having downloaded a couple steam games. Microsoft has installed a couple of security updates during this time but other than that nothing else has changed. I just bought a brand new SSD in order to test if that fixes it. This new drive will have nothing but FFXIV on it, I am still in process of downloading the game onto it and will update as soon as anything occurs.

So far no issues with having FFXIV installed by itself on the new SSD. The last time it worked for a while before messing up was about a week so I will keep watch on it before I can say it is fixed.

7 days so far on new SSD and so far no lagging or crashing! I don't know what on the HDD (or just the fact that it was an HDD) was not wanting to allow the game to run properly, but it is perfect when separated. I am hoping this means the issue is resolved and will not occur again as I have been teleporting all over trying to see if there's issues.
