    pre-order payment issues, ticket made nearly a week ago but no response

    I'm having a bit of trouble paying for my pre-order of Shadowbringers made through the Square store. Being that I live in the Netherlands and we generally don't use credit cards much, but it's the only method available so I find myself in need an alternate method of paying for my pre-order. Debit cards won't work either, since ours are different from most and aren't accepted by the system.

    On top of that, the "Debit now" option is bugged and tells me to contact support, and if I so much as try to touch anything regarding my order my account gets locked because of "suspicious activity" and I have to change passwords.

    I sent a ticket about this 5 days ago, the moment after the first payment failure mail came in, but aside from the automatic "we'll try and get back to you in 48 hours" I have yet to hear from anyone about this.

    I would hate for my account to get closed because of this kerfuffle, and the deadline for payment is tomorrow so any help would be appreciated at this stage. My ticket request is 293989.

    you can just pre order shadowbringers at other retailer than SE.

    That does look to be the only option. I just hope this mess of not being able to pay for the current pre-order doesn't lead to my account being blocked.
