    I haven't received my repalcement Tales of Adventure

    I bought some Tales of Adventure items but accidentally sent them to the wrong character. I contacted support and was told to delete the items, which I went ahead and did, but I'm not sure how long it would take as I talked to support yesterday morning around 10am PST.

    I deleted the other character as well (had the same name as my current character, but I made this one on a different world), and I'm hoping I didn't do something wrong.

    We apologize for any inconvenience that has occurred. . Unfortunately the issue you are describing is not a technical issue. One the item is deleted, please reach out to the Game Masters to let them know that you have dropped the item. Once the item is confirmed to be dropped, the GM team will be able to assist in placing the item on the correct character.

    This thread will be moved to 'Separate Support Required'.
