Callback Event: Didn't get reward

So, a month or so ago, I sent a callback invite to my friend. He read the mail and accepted the free 7 days. Today, he started playing again and bought a month subscription. But I still haven't received my 5 Golden Chocobo Feathers. Am I supposed to wait a bit, or did something go wrong ?

you have to wait out the 7 free days first before the sub gets applied. then you'll get the feathers.

if he just today started playing and got a sub it's too late the campaign ended the third

Are you sure ? Cause it says on the Callback site that the invited person has 90 days to buy a subscription. I get that the Campaign is over and that we cant send invites anymore, but that doesn't mean that the players who were invited don't get 90 days to buy a sub, right ? And it also says on Mog Station that I have 2 players invited through the Callback Campaign. He's that 2nd person.

ah. you only get the feathers once. if you got them from the first person you called back, then you don't get them a second time.
