desyncing issue do to bandwidth ....... or lack of it....

DSL here is often a cruel joke... its fast when it works.... wind blows ? rain , Down 5 days...
however its often more broken down than up...

4G mostly stable and fast if YOU are the only one using on household....

Often stepson has videos etc on ps4 running sucking off most of it..
@ 5-35 megs random ish even cast line/catch for fishing can be painful.....

IE Hotel rooms for travelers are often terrible..

FFXIV's Tech Support can't do anything about poor internet or a poor connection. Nor can they do anything about you not having enough bandwidth. This isn't a bug.
