Ongoing harassment/Doxxing threats

I have no idea why I was directed to the forum but here I am, and it's my last resort. So here we go.

This is in regard to tickets #10596407, 10579865, 10301843, and 10298123. For the past two months, a former friend of mine has been doxxing me in Novice Network and circumventing the game's rules to constantly remind me of past sexual abuse I suffered as a child. According to the information found here:

...these actions constitute serious harassment, yet no action whatsoever has been taken to deter this individual from their constant attacks. I can't use Novice Network, I can barely leave the ward my FC is in, I can't even race chocobos without having to deal with this persistent threat.

I am left with no other conclusion than this kind of behavior is allowable despite the rules listed above.

Over the past 6 months I have spent $1,340 on this game, or a little over $223/mo. That's far too much for me to spend to be treated in the manner that I have. If it's a matter of SE no longer wanting me here and hoping I'll get harassed off, just say so and I'll find another game company to patronize.

I'm not sure what this post was supposed to accomplish that in-game tickets did not, but customer support directed me here. I'm sorry if anyone finds this post offensive in any way. But I don't know what else to do here.

So, let me know, SE. I've got an emailed ticket in as well. I'm hopeful I'll hear back on that.

If I have a child and my child does such thing to other human being I am going to put it right under therapy because something is really wrong and unfortunately and lastly means I failed as a mother.

Thats odd. Usually SE reacts really fast when it comes to harassment or "offensive language". They tend to swing the bannhammer quite fast even for minor insults.

Unfortunately, yes. I even provided the GM with direct quotations, expletives and details and all. Nothing.

I switched Servers because i was stalked in game quite often. About 1 year later---> "Hello World visit System".
Some people are so devoted to do that kinda Stuff that you ask yourself if they even have a real life. So yes, People like that exist.

Are you implying that because you have spent absurd ammounts of money, that you are entitled to better service? I'm sorry that you see yourself as more than a number in a ticket queue.

You must be seriously new to the internet. There's a guy on my server that pretty much has it as his mission to try and irritate me every time he sees my name somewhere. And technically he's not breaking the TOS so GM's do nothing about it, it's part of the reason why I almost never say anything using the game chat.

This bit, this pisses me off. It doesn't matter how much money you spent, it doesn't make you special. You're a number in a queue, like the rest of us.

Over the past 12 months, I've spent somewhere in the region of more or less 2000 euros on this game. Should I get special service because of that? ......
